For any of my new readers in the Dare To Love community, welcome to Rena Weme Coaching! This is where you will find ways to empower your mindset, and create a life of purpose, both personally and in business.
First, let me share a bit of my story; I recently went through a season of rediscovering myself in a very stressful time (yes, even coaches go through this), working 10 hour days at my salon, feeling a little dissatisfied, and not knowing why. I was burning out and losing my passion for everything I built as an entrepreneur, coupled with a forced COVID shut down, and three months later, a fire took place in my business.
It was a tough season, to say the least, as I found myself in debt that hurt my self-esteem. I had pretty low self-worth at the time and felt as though I was directionless in life. I felt shame and guilt for the circumstances around me, and all I wanted to do was hide. I certainly didn’t feel I was fulfilling my destiny or purpose as a mother, wife, or entrepreneur.
So how on earth did I go from a stressed-out woman ready to give up on her business to completely taking charge and names? Anything is possible when you work on your state of mind and empower yourself daily in this practice – yes, in the bad times too. When you raise your vibration, you manifest your heart’s desires with ease regardless of what life throws at you! So, this LAW OF ATTRACTION thing does work.
Despite feeling crummy most mornings during this lull, I began my days reading “The Secret” and listening to Esther Perel podcasts, sprinkled in with some lovely Joel Osteen teachings and Pastor R.C. Blake’s sermon. I listened, read, journaled, prayed, and became so inspired. I started to feel good once again in this season of rebuilding. With my consistent sacred morning ritual and spiritual practice, I found myself feeling resilient.
Through this time of transformation, I manifested the publisher for my book and my new Jeep. I also discovered Carly Cooke from Metamor Marketing during what seemed like a chance meeting but later turned out to be the Law of Attraction uniting our souls. She reminded me that all things are possible. In this season of change, I was finally able to create space for Dare to Love.
Along with new friendships, sadly, some begun to fall apart. At first, I tried to resist but soon realized this was the process necessary for my growth. The universe was making space for people vibrating at my frequency, with my permission, of course.
So, what can you do today to start attracting everything you desire?
Step 1. Get very specific on what those desires are. The first step in attracting what you want is knowing exactly what you want. Furthermore, are your desires fueled by guilt and or sincerity and truth?
We often set our goals based on what we think we should want and what others expect. Also, the safety and comfort zone feels good too, but we are not genuine and honest to our authentic selves and hearts’ purpose in staying here. That is not your loving desires driving you; this is fear, aka EGO.
When it comes to your desires, it’s essential to get as specific as possible with what you desire without the guilt. If you had to create a vision board of your dreams, what would be on it? Italy, a beautiful wardrobe, 6 to 7 figure income, a dynamic relationship? Imagine you are giving the universe a precise blueprint or Christmas list!
Why does the Law of Attraction fail to work for many people? It’s not enough to think about the desires of your heart. You need to believe you already possess them.
How would you FEEL if that desire was already yours right now? The trip to Italy or the 6 to 7 figure business?
Meditate, journal, and imagine you already have everything on your beautiful list.
Step 2. Identify your own limiting beliefs. The second part of the process is identifying what is keeping you stuck or in hiding.
One of the basic principles of the Law of Attraction is that your beliefs shape reality, and these aren’t just the beliefs you are conscious of; this involves thoughts that you are not aware of that have been running the show.
When you identify the root cause of self-destructive beliefs, this is when you realize significant breakthroughs. For example, I mentioned I was in some serious debt recently. When I dug deeper into this, I realized that this was due to my subconscious programming and low self-worth.
Most of these beliefs come from childhood as we adopt a perspective from the parents who raise us. Does the phrase, “Money is the root of all evil,” sound familiar to you? This opinion can lead to some negative associations with finances, and quite frankly, it is a complete load of BS!
We live in an abundant and beautiful world where we can create money simply by doing what we love, following our dreams, and ultimately serving others through it all.
Grasping the Law and concept has been profound and life-altering for me! Situations that seemed coincidental were not at all. I realized I was attracting everything – the good and the bad.
The beauty of our beliefs is that we choose whether we want to believe them. Choose wisely, love.
